What exactly do we get at the end?
A training and certification system on your domain, under your brand: courses built from your material, video lessons, assessments, an AI tutor trained on your content, and a certificate you define the standard for.
How long does it take?
Two to three weeks from the first working session to launch. Most of that time is production. Your part is a handful of expert interviews and a review pass.
How much time does our team have to give?
A few hours per course. We interview your subject matter experts, take the documents you already have, and bring back drafts. Your team reviews and approves rather than writes.
We already have an LMS.
Keep it. An LMS holds training. It does not write it, film it, tutor on it, or certify against your standard. We build the system and deliver it into your LMS as SCORM.
Isn't AI content generic?
Only when it comes from a generic prompt. Ours comes from your documents and is reviewed by your experts. Nothing goes live you did not approve.
We have an L&D team. Why do we need you?
Your team knows the standard. They do not have time to write scripts, film video, and build a certification for every course in the queue. We do that part. They review, approve, and own it.
What happens to our documents and our people's data?
Your material is used to build your system and nothing else. It is not pooled with other clients and it is not used to train public models. Your instance runs on your own environment.
What if our standards or regulations change?
Send us the updated source material and the affected lessons, assessments, and certificate criteria are revised. Learners see the current version the next time they sign in.
How do we know it worked?
Certification. You set the bar. You see who passed, who did not, and where they struggled.
Who owns what we build, and what do we pay after year one?
You own the platform, the content, and the certificate, on your domain. After the build, a monthly maintenance fee covers hosting, the tutor, and upkeep, and an annual license refreshes your content and keeps your certifications valid.
